On the question of customer support, I'd like to share a personal experience. I have been using MSI motherboards for quite some time now. And a few times in the past, I had to contact customer support, and they never failed to please me. In fact, I remember one instance when I asked to replace a motherboard because it had stopped working after a year. Even though it was not covered under warranty, they replaced the motherboard without any questions. And I have always found MSI customer support to be very helpful, prompt, and pleasant.
